Hello I'm Jason, thank you for taking the time to visit my website. I am a personal trainer who specialises in fat loss and body re-composition.

 

My fitness journey began at the age of 15 under the inspiration of my bodybuilding uncle. My interest grew over the years and fitness quickly made the transition from being a hobby, to becoming a way of life. This passion began to affect those around me.

 

I decided once I finished my law degree that I would follow my heart and become a personal trainer and I have never looked back since.

 

My purpose is to help people reach their fitness goals as safely and efficiently as possible. I am very results driven, and thrive off working to tight deadlines with my clients. However I do not believe in crash dieting or 'quick fix' solutions. The essence of my service is to empower every client with the knowledge and motivation needed to make changes that will last a lifetime.
