My training philosophy is holistic, focusing on exercise as well as the more important aspects of nutrition and psychology. Although I am results driven, I do not believe in crash dieting or quick fix solutions and will not sell you a 'beach body' at the expense of your health. My training techniques focus on scientifically proven methods that promote health and vitality as well as noticeable changes in body fat and muscle definition.
