/ Are results guaranteed? The success or failure of any online coaching programme depends on a client’s honesty, commitment and consistency. However, I am confident that if you follow your plan, tailored to you, and remain transparent during the check-ins, you will make noticeable changes to your physique within 3 months.
/ How does this programme differ to every other online coaching programme out there? It’s personal and tailored to you. The nutrition and work-out plan is specific to your goals and abilities. There are weekly check-ins, and you will have my personal number and email address which means you will not be speaking to a robot or a generic member of staff.
